Saturday birthdays~

So I went for 3 birthdays yesterday.

Niece's birthday:

My baby niece turned 1. She looked very pretty in her flower tutu dress. It was the first time I met her and she loves dancing to any music even though she can't walk yet :) My relatives were there at a function room in Moonee Ponds. My uncle was hogging the rented karaoke machine as usual with his eccentric voice. All the other kids were fairies or elves. The table was filled with pretty and colourful desserts. I was a little stressed trying to watch over the stray kids cos they would bump their head into anything, eat anything off anywhere. But it was a cute family event. I bought her a little toy camcorder and I hope she'll like it~

B's birthday:

This guy I just met very recently at speed dating. I've always thought that he was into F since day one. Haha.. but anyway I was late because I dozed off after my niece's thing. I got to know his friends and chatted to this girl basically throughout dinner about boys. Cos she's never had a bf before even though she's a few years older. I had a smoked duck salad and we hung out.

A's birthday:

After hanging with B and his friends, I met A and the gang. We went to queue outside Bass Lounge at Chinatown but it was a popular club, so it looked like we were gonna wait for quite a while. But I went to say hi to an old promoter friend and he helped us jump the queue. Good stuff. A's friends don't have much experience with clubbing so they were really happy about it. Hahha~ I danced the entire time save for an extended smoking break and accompanying A to drink the strong stuff. A coupla guys tried to dance with me but ugh.. no... When will I get a guy who dances like Usher? I'll so gladly get picked up.
