F helped me make up some Xmas decorations for the house which was cute ^^ C, who is staying with me has been doing most of the work prepping the food. He even vacuumed my carpet for me. Poor guy, he's meant to be my guest! I really appreciate their help~
About 20 people turned up, and brought some first class food!! YUMMMM!! I wish I could have the food again! I'll put up the menu to drool at again teehee~
My stuff
1. Turkey with cranberry jam (C ended up doing most of it haha)
2. Mushroom shepherd's pie
3. Thai Noodle Salad
Friend's dishes
4. Beef Bourguignon (So tender and fantastic!)
5. Dook Bok Gi (Korean rice cakes yumm~)
6. Charcoal Chicken
7. Oxtail soup with Chilli Kecap Manis (Omg I could have it everyday)
8. Sushi
9. Chocolate Mousse Cake served with Vanilla ice cream (Heavenly!)
I had prepared some random toys to give out as presents. There were about half of us left so we had these Xmas crackers pulled open and there's a whistle inside. So each whistle does a different musical note and we had to stand in line and blow out Xmas carols haha.. Some of the guys did arm wrestling. Spent a couple of hours playing the Things board game. It was mostly guys by that time so there were a lot of crazy and dirty answers haha!
Then this guy B wanted to go for Boxing Day shopping at 5am, so I basically didn't have any sleep at all, just dozed off for about 10 minutes. C and F joined in at about 8am. By 3pm, I was really really burnt out, especially from a week of lack of sleep. My brows were furrowed, my eyes squinting and basically had a pissed off face and throwing tantrums and they brought me home before going for more shopping omg... Don't wanna shop for a long long time again! I've never missed my home this much before!
