Runny nose.
Tears that won't stop.
Heart is hurt and aching.
Chest is tight and pain gets too intense.
The only way I know to ease this pain is to imagine my stabbing pain in my heart going up into my mouth, and puff my cheeks out imagining that my cheeks are filling out with the "pain" and exhale the "pain" out extremely slowly.
Repeat 2-3 times.
Now it's just my head that is aching.
Hopefully I'll drift off to sleep in the next 15 minutes. I'll be seeing Mr New for a bit tomorrow.
